Looking back, I'm sick on my birthday about 40 percent of the time. Something about this time of year I guess.

I had my second Remicade infusion on Friday and am hoping that this one really starts working. I'm feeling a bit better I think but it's hard to tell with all the root beer, pizza and birthday cake going through my system which I'd normally be staying away from in favour of blander fare. This week will be telling and fortunately, unlike the past several weeks of upheaval, it looks like a nice normal recovery-conducive week. Lucky charms aligned for maximum effect...
